Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How long can I stay for?

A: Bookings can be made as follows (please note bookings may be restricted to a minimum of 7 nights during peak periods).

Week Breaks:

(7/14 nights) Monday to Monday or Friday to Friday

Short Breaks:

Weekend (3 nights) Friday to Monday

Mid-Week (4 nights) Monday to Friday

Please note that during the height of summer & over Christmas & New Year we do restrict our breaks to week-only bookings.

Q: How many people do your lodges cater for?

A: Each of our lodges have two bedrooms and each of these feature a super king bed. Therefore primarily our lodges sleep 4 people. However, we are able to supply additional single beds (maximum one per bedroom) making each individual bedroom capable of sleeping 3 (2+1) and therefore meaning each lodge can sleep a maximum of 6 people if required.

Additional fees will be payable for any additional guests/beds and will be clearly stated at time of booking.

It is possible to rent all three lodges together for wedding parties, family gatherings and celebrations. Together our lodges sleep 12 people with a maximum of 18 people if additional beds are utilised.

Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Q: I have booked for 2 people with a reduced occupancy discount. What does this mean?

A: Two people sharing one bedroom will qualify for a 'reduced occupancy' discount. This means that one end of your lodge (i.e. one bedroom and corresponding en-suite) will be locked off for the duration of your stay. This enables us to offer guests a discounted rate as our laundry and houskeeping costs are reduced. Please do let us know if you have a preference as to which bedroom you would like us to make up for you.

Q: What are your arrival & departure times?

A: Arrival time is after 3pm and guests are asked to vacate their lodge before 10am on the day of their departure. Should you plan on arriving later than 5.30pm, please notify us in advance and arrangements will be made for simple key collection where necessary.

Q: Is linen included?

A: All bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, sauna/spa towels and adult bathrobes are included. Additional bed linen, towels and bathrobes will also be included where additional guests/ beds have been booked.

Q: Is smoking permitted?

A: All our lodges are non-smoking. We politely request that smokers utilise the ashtrays provided when smoking outside.

Q: Are pets allowed?

A: Regretfully we do not accept pets, with the exception of Guide dogs by prior arrangement.
